4. Bed head, bed tail
① Made from high-strength engineering plastic via blow molding, featuring a smooth surface that is easy to clean;

5. Material
1. The bed frame is made of carbon steel tubing with dimensions ≥40*60*1.4mm, and the bed legs are made of carbon steel tubing with dimensions ≥50*50*1.4mm.
2. Bed board
① Made from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets with a thickness of ≥1.2mm, it is formed in one single stamping process. The cross-section features a rounded-edge rolling process, resulting in a smooth surface free of burrs. The panel has a concave structure and is equipped with ventilation holes. Reinforcing ribs are welded around the perimeter of the bed frame to enhance its load-bearing capacity.
② The bed’s backrest features a dual-support hinge structure. The hinge is reinforced with stiffening ribs at the point of contact with the bed board and is connected to surrounding stiffening ribs, thereby distributing the patient’s weight evenly across the bed frame.
③ The bed slat connectors use steel connecting plates, with each plate being at least 2 mm thick. They are wear-resistant, operate silently, and are resistant to breakage.
6. Dual-direction protection joystick
Dual-directional protective joystick: This foldable plastic joystick features limit-stop protection devices that safeguard both the upper and lower limits of the joystick’s movement—ensuring that when the backrest or leg section reaches its highest or lowest position, the joystick enters a free-swinging state. This design effectively addresses the common issues of medical bed joysticks getting jammed due to the lack of such limit-stop protection and the frequent breakage of plastic joysticks. (All components of the joystick are made from specialized metals, guaranteeing the system’s safety.) The central nut is crafted from an alloy material, offering a service life more than twice as long as those made from materials such as PP, plastic, copper, or iron. Combined with the dual-sided support structure on the backrest, this design significantly extends the lifespan of the screw mechanism.
7. Welding, spraying
The welding processes for hospital bed frames and bed components are all performed using robotic welding. This ensures that the entire bed frame is sturdy and robust, with stable and level corners. The bed frame undergoes a “double anti-rust surface treatment” involving more than ten processing steps, including an additional phosphating treatment. As a result, its anti-rust performance is more than twice that of conventional processes. The bed surface is coated with electrostatic powder coating applied by automated equipment, giving it a smooth, fine, and aesthetically pleasing finish that is both rust-resistant and durable.
8. Structure
a. Both the back and legs of the bed frame feature a double-support structure, significantly enhancing the bed’s load-bearing capacity. The rocker arm connection to the bed frame incorporates arc-shaped pressure-relief strips that reduce the downward pressure exerted by the bed frame on the rocker arm, thereby making the hospital bed’s main rocker system more durable and safer.
b. The headboard and footboard, as well as the connecting joints, are fitted with metal stainless steel hooks that won’t rust, wear down, or break—ensuring safe, reliable, and convenient use.
c. The middle section under the bed is equipped with two stainless steel bilateral drainage bag hooks, one on the left and one on the right.
d. The bed end panel is equipped with a plug-in combination medical record card holder.
e. The bed frame is equipped with four infusion stand slots.
f. The corners of the bed are fitted with impact-resistant plastic corner guards to prevent collisions and eliminate safety hazards.
g. Equipped with a telescoping stainless steel infusion stand, with an adjustable height ranging from 1000 to 1600 mm.
h. The entire bed is welded using imported robots, ensuring an overall elegant and sophisticated appearance.
9. Color
Light blue, beige, white, and other colors are customizable.
10. Guardrail
① Stainless steel foldable guardrail: The main guardrail tube is made of D-shaped aluminum alloy tubing with a diameter ≥30mm, and the upright posts are made of stainless steel round tubing with a diameter ≥19mm. It features side-mounted hole installation for high strength and is supported by six upright posts, offering a hand-avoidance design to prevent safety hazards caused by accidental operation.
② All movable connections of the guardrail are made using steel components, and are covered with ABS decorative caps for safety and aesthetics.
③ The guardrail switch mechanism components are manufactured using die-cast aluminum, offering high precision and excellent strength.
④ After the guardrail is raised, the top edge of the guardrail must be at least 280 mm above the bed surface, effectively preventing patients from falling out of bed.
11. Caster wheels
Equipped with medical-grade silent casters with external covers, each caster features an independent switch, and the caster brakes operate smoothly and effortlessly.
The caster brakes operate smoothly and effortlessly, and each caster has undergone rigorous rotation and swivel tests during the design phase. They offer flexible maneuverability, are corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and virtually silent.
12. Mattress
● Specifications: Compatible with hospital bed dimensions.
● Material: 8 cm thick, 4 cm high-density sponge; 4 cm Hainan coconut fiber.

2. The mattress features high-quality coconut fiber and a high-density sponge core, making it breathable and comfortable.
Each module is equipped with an observation port, making it easy to inspect the material and also convenient for replacing the material.
13. Bedside table
