The automatic louver wheel noble high-speed forming machine is the latest model developed by the company based on customer feedback. The speed has been further improved compared to high-speed machines, and the efficiency can reach 1300-1500 pieces per hour.

1. The entire machine adopts Inovance motion control/EtherCAT bus servo systems, featuring a high level of automation.A single operator can manage multiple units,significantly reducing labor costs.
2. 2800 rpm high-speed rail-type machine head,ensuring stable station transfer,precise positioning, and high efficiency,with a production capacity of 1300-1500 pieces per hour.
3. Compatible with various types of bases,made of high-strength aluminum alloy material,sturdy and durable,allowing quick and easy blade replacement.
4. The 4.280kg glue pump features precise and even glue application,a well-designed structure, and compatibility with various adhesive materials.
5. 500 meters double reel feeding rack, driven by a servo motor, can automatically detect the presence of abrasive cloth, enabling easy double reel automatic tape changing and liberating labor.
6. The Angle and length of the nose plate are precise and adjustable.The nose adjustment and translation are equipped with a scale,which can be operated accurately and efficiently according to the display parameters,simple and fast.
7. The production material utilization rate is high,the adhesive and sand belt can be set freely.
8. Very low defective rate.After the machine parameters are set,the finished product rate is second to none in the same industry.
