Product Introduction

4. Bed head, bed tail

① Made from high-strength engineering plastic via blow molding, featuring a smooth surface that is easy to clean;

② Adopts a hanging structure, offering high strength, excellent stability, and easy disassembly.

③ The connection points are equipped with metal stainless steel hooks that, with long-term use, will not rust, wear out, or break—ensuring safe, reliable, and convenient operation.

④ The headboard and footboard can be freely disassembled without the use of any tools, and come with a one-piece medical record card holder.

5. Material

(1) The bed frame is made of carbon steel tubing with dimensions ≥40*60*1.5mm, and the bed legs are made of carbon steel tubing with dimensions ≥40*40*1.5mm. The bottom of the bed feet is fitted with plastic foot caps that offer high wear resistance, quiet operation, and corrosion protection.

(2) Bed board

① Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel pipe with a thickness of ≥1.0 mm, welded using carbon dioxide shielding, featuring excellent crack resistance and minimal welding deformation; the middle part of the bed frame is reinforced with stiffening ribs to enhance load-bearing capacity.

② The bed’s backrest features a double-support structure. The pivot point where the axis contacts the bed frame is reinforced with stiffening ribs that are connected to surrounding stiffening ribs, thereby distributing the patient’s weight evenly across the bed surface.

③ The bed slat connectors use steel connecting plates, with each plate being at least 2 mm thick. They are wear-resistant, operate silently, and are resistant to breakage.

6. Dual-direction protection joystick

Dual-directional protective joystick: The stainless steel hand crank is equipped with limit protection devices that safeguard the joystick’s upper and lower limits—ensuring that when the backrest or leg section reaches its highest or lowest position, the joystick enters an idle state. This design effectively addresses the common issues of medical bed cranks getting jammed due to the lack of such limit protection and the frequent breakage of plastic cranks. (All components of the joystick are made from specialized metals, guaranteeing the system’s safety.) The central nut is crafted from an alloy material, boasting a service life more than twice as long as those made from PP, plastic, copper, or iron. Combined with the bilateral support structure on the backrest, this significantly extends the lifespan of the screw mechanism.

7. Welding, spraying

The welding processes for hospital bed frames and bed components are all performed using robotic welding. This ensures that the entire bed frame is sturdy and robust, with stable and level corners. The bed frame undergoes a “double anti-rust surface treatment” involving more than ten processing steps, including an additional phosphating treatment. As a result, its anti-rust performance is more than twice that of conventional processes. The bed’s surface is coated with electrostatic powder coating applied by automated equipment, giving it a smooth, fine, and aesthetically pleasing finish that is both rust-resistant and durable.

8. Structure

a. Both the back and legs of the bed frame feature a double-support structure, significantly enhancing the bed’s load-bearing capacity. The rocker arm connection to the bed frame incorporates arc-shaped pressure-relief strips that reduce the downward pressure exerted by the bed frame on the rocker arm, thereby making the hospital bed’s main rocker system more durable and safer.

b. The headboard and footboard, as well as the connecting joints, are fitted with metal stainless steel hooks that won’t rust, wear down, or break—ensuring safe, reliable, and convenient use.

c. The middle section under the bed is equipped with two stainless steel bilateral drainage bag hooks, one on the left and one on the right.

d. The bed end panel is equipped with a plug-in combination medical record card holder.

e. The bed frame is equipped with four infusion stand sockets.

f. The corners of the bed are equipped with anti-collision plastic guards to prevent collisions and eliminate safety hazards.

g. Equipped with a telescopic stainless steel infusion stand, with an adjustable height ranging from 1000 to 1600 mm.

h. The entire bed is welded using imported robots, ensuring an overall elegant and sophisticated appearance.

9. Guardrail

① Stainless steel foldable guardrail: The main guardrail posts are made of D-shaped aluminum alloy tubes with a diameter of ≥30mm, and the vertical posts are made of stainless steel round tubes with a diameter of ≥19mm. The installation method involves side-hole drilling, ensuring high strength and featuring a six-post support structure designed to prevent hand entrapment and eliminate safety hazards caused by accidental operation.

② All movable connections of the guardrail are made using steel components, with ABS decorative covers for a safe and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

③ The guardrail switch mechanism components are manufactured using die-cast aluminum, offering high precision and excellent strength.

④ After the guardrail is raised, the top edge of the guardrail must be at least 350 mm above the bed surface, effectively preventing patients from falling out of bed.

10. Infusion stand: Telescopic, with three- or four-hook foldable design, made of stainless steel, and equipped with a rotary locking mechanism.

11. Mattress: The mattress dimensions and sectional design are matched to the bed. The cover is made of waterproof, dark-colored canvas, with a thick ≥40mm brown fiber molded layer at the bottom and an ≥40mm high-elasticity sponge layer on top, featuring breathable vents. The mattress cover has a fully removable design for easy removal and washing.

12. Bedside table

Dimensions: 480×480×760mm

① The entire product is made of high-grade ABS engineering plastic through injection molding. Its surface is easy to clean and wipe, aesthetically pleasing and elegant, and boasts excellent resistance to impact, heat, low temperatures, chemical substances, and electrical performance.

② The entire structure consists of three layers: the first layer is a dining table top, the second layer is a drawer equipped with high-quality slides that ensure smooth, quiet operation, and the bottom layer is a spacious storage cabinet featuring removable dividers for convenient use.

③ Equipped with a dining table, drawers, single-panel doors, towel racks and hooks on both sides—convenient and practical.
