Product concept
Double station forming machine with handle impeller is an automatic blade arranging equipment developed based on the single-station handled impeller. This model is primarily suitable for tasks such as steel part polishing.The product integrates control technologies combining optics, electricity, pneumatic, and mechanics. It incorporates advanced technologies such as human-machine dialogue, intelligent variable-frequency speed regulation, and multi-axis servo positioning. With the use of imported linear guides and pneumatic components, each operational step achieves precise, stable, and high-speed performance.
Equipment performance and characteristics
1. The PLC control system is adopted, featuring high automation, which reduces the waiting time for slicing and improves efficiency compared to single-station operations, significantly lowering labor intensity.
2. The equipment can accommodate various mold specifications (φ30-φ60, width adjustable from 15-30mm) with easy adjustment.
3. The device has a power rating of 5kW, with a 1kW servo motor for the cutting blade, a 750W servo for feeding, a 750W dual-indexing servo, and dual 450W servo motors for pushing slices.It is operated via a touchscreen panel.
4. The mold switching mechanism uses a cam-based system, effectively improving work efficiency.
5. The machine head adopts a guide rail slider mechanism, ensuring minimal vibration and high slicing precision.
