Product concept
The handled flap wheel is a type of coated abrasive tool with various specifications, such as 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, etc. For the same specification, the number of flaps may vary across different manufacturers, and the length of the wheel's sliced flaps also differs. This inconsistency has imposed significant labor intensity on production and processing. To address this issue and reduce labor intensity while improving production efficiency,an automatic flap arranging technology has been developed.
Equipment performance and characteristics
1. The PLC control system ensures high automation, replacing traditional manual insertion, improving production efficiency, and reducing labor intensity.
2. The equipment can accommodate various mold specifications (φ25-φ80), with easy width adjustment (15-50mm).
3. The device has a total power of 4kW, including a 1kW servo for the cutter, a 750W servo for feeding, a 750W servo for indexing, and a 450W servo for pushing. It features a touch-screen operation panel.
4. The front and rear movement of the mold is controlled by a stepper motor, effectively reducing mold shaking.
5. The machine head adopts a guide rail slider mechanism, ensuring minimal vibration and high slicing precision.
